Description
Curious about cannabis and how it can be used to support your health and wellness goals? Join health professionals from The Cannabis Nurses + Co. for an informative and approachable session designed for adults interested in learning about therapeutic cannabis use. In this introductory class, you'll explore the science and history behind cannabis, its potential health benefits, and how it interacts with the body through the endocannabinoid system. Whether you're new to cannabis or want to better understand its role in holistic health, this session offers evidence-informed insights in a supportive, stigma-free environment.
By the end of this class, participants will:
Gain a foundational understanding of the endocannabinoid system and its role in health and balance.
Learn the difference between THC and CBD, and how they affect the body.
Explore common therapeutic uses of cannabis and current evidence supporting them.
Be empowered to make informed decisions about cannabis use and know when to seek professional guidance.
